Film Forum: Face to Face

Fabrica’s regular Film Forum is partnering with Diep~Haven to engage with the genre of portrait though filmmaking, and to explore the representational aspect of this discourse through a variety of different aesthetic and contextual approaches. Featuring films by two Diep~Haven artists: Sabina Kassoumova and a segment of Des Recits Sur La Carte: East Sussex, and Nino Laisné and his pieces Folk Songs and Un Instant. The event will also screen a film created as a direct response the Festival’s themes by a Brighton Film School student, selected from a call out process.
